Beer Dinner

Join us at Makeready Libations & Liberation on Monday, February 26 for a one-of-a-kind beer dinner featuring a 4-course menu prepared by Chef Dan Herget, thoughtfully paired with beer selections from Black Abbey Brewing Company. 

 

Tickets are $60 per person (includes tax and gratuity.) Capacity is limited.

 

FIRST COURSE

The Champion Pale Ale

Scallop crudo, grapefruit, cucumber, passionfruit 

 

SECOND COURSE

Five points IPA

Fried sweet breads, black bean, charred onion relish, green apple, wasabi

 

THIRD COURSE

The Special Belgian Style Dubbel

Duck, charred escarole, chicken liver, salsify

 

FOURTH COURSE

The Forty Four Porter

Toasted malt cake, porter ice cream, cardamom whipped cream
