The Makeready and Smith & Lentz chef collaboration brew is a unique variation of the classic Smith & Lentz style Golden Ale: German pale and caramel malts fermented with English Ale yeast, with locally sourced dark wild flower honey added from Adam "The Bee Guy" to add strength and complexity. This honey malt base is finished with freshly juiced Thai Yellow Ginger courtesy of Hollow Hill Farms. Highly carbonated and refreshing, this one-off collaboration brew will take you on a voyage of flavor with the promise of sensory and discovery!
